Refers to any information obtained by:

a.  enquiries or requests sent by email;

c.  questionnaire or survey done upon fair, seminar, webinar and/or by email;

e.  access to our university/programme Data Portal.

Personal data collected will be used for expanding opportunities for prospective students from Sub-Saharan African region to study in Japan for the following:

a.  to answer your inquiries;

b.  to share and provide any relevant information (*) on Japanese universities; or

c.  to provide our service and notifying future events;

 

(*): Programme/course detail, application schedule, exchange or short-term programmes and events which the Japanese universities or institutions hold.

Sharing with the relevant organizations; Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) and Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Justice.
